The PA system is for staff use only. If an average person took to the PA they would be restrained in their seat until landing. If the plane was still at the gate they would be removed. It’s called interfering with the operation of a commercial plane and it’s a crime.

I have two daughters and I think we’ve done a good job of raising them to balance meeting their needs vs. Meeting the needs of others. It’s not easy though.
When we were first parents my wife worked shift work as an RN so I did plenty of child care. I enjoyed it greatly.

The cop should be charged with assault with a weapon. It’s a complete abuse of power. I understand law and order is important. I’m the first to argue we wouldn’t like a society without police. There’s no excuse for a use of “less lethal” weapons for such a minor offense.

The hand surgeon should consult an infectious disease specialist regarding the treatment for the infection. It’s easy for a cellulitis (skin infection) of the hand to migrate to involve other structures as they are so close by. It’s not good for other structures to get infected.
