Those are ridiculous hours. No one should be working those hours. Trust me, I’ve worked 7pm-7am shifts in a previous job, it was miserable. Hardly ever saw anyone after my shifts because I was too exhausted to go out. It’s dehumanizing and demoralizing. Glad I’ve upgraded!
