And this was even before the Bus Gates go up. Cutting off the main arteries as well as the side roads will effectively finish Oxford. Thousands of cars trying to use the ring road when it's already congested will be the last nail in the coffin for this city.

Marston road has dedicated cycle tracks that are separated from other vehicles that were installed back in the 1980s at a cost of £160,000 if memory serves. They were a total waste of money because the lycra cycle Nazi chose to ride on the road in the traffic.
