The CPP has a 10-year return of about 9.3%, while AIMCO has a 7.3% rate of return over the same time period. I'd rather have the extra 27% return on a larger pot of money in the CPP, thanks

That $400 came from removing services (hospitals being a good example), delaying infrastructure investment, privatizing government responsibilities and eating away at provincial savings. We're paying for that $400 now, multiple times over

Want a better comparison? Remove all smoking bylaws for the same reason. Just because I want to smoke at my desk, shouldn't affect you at the neighbouring desk. No more bans on smoking at entrances, on transit, in restaurants or anywhere. What I do doesn't impact you, right?
