@plumbers_urban I’d say as the temperatures drop to near freezing and we have lots of moisture in the air That’s when there will be a much bigger drop in efficiency and then risk of damage to the unit Been to a few that have blown compressors and fans and boards because of this reason

We like to offer every customer the chance to monitor there systems, it shows any issues with the system allows us to monitor remotely and makes us accountable for their systems and their efficiency’s I have learnt so much about how a heatpump works just from this platform
