I've seen people spin in circles trying to figure out how to lose weight. The easiest way to lose weight is to start taking little actions with low intensity. You don't need to get your heart rate to 180bpm to lose weight. Start small. Small hinges move big doors.

5. Do What Works, Until it Doesn't If you're making progress doing something, you DON'T need to mix it up. Don't drink half a glass of water, then get up and get a refill. Finish the entire glass first. You're in this for the long haul. Plan on living a long time.

Compression - Make a fist with both of your hands and put them together, knuckles to knuckles. Press hard and grind your knuckles together. Doesn't feel good right? The more you press your joints together and move around the more pain you will create.
