I’ve got to agree with James on this one. If your boss publicly refers to you as “the head” of something, there is slim to none chance said boss will win a lawsuit claiming employee is lying about their job title that the boss publicly referred to them as.

ChatGPT has made Excel/Google sheets skills completely obsolete. I used to suck at formulas and whatnot. Now I tell AI what I want and it tells me exactly what to do. If you spent years getting good at Excel, you wasted your time.

Apple and Microsoft are not even remotely similar to Twitter, much larger scale that includes physical products and enterprise sales. Google is mostly digital ads but is also completely different. Leave it to a self storage guy to claim expertise in,checks notes *everything else*

It's the wrong analogy. Buying NFTs isn't investing, it's collecting that some are treating as investing (but it isn't). Any of us can go out and spend all of our money on almost anything. Most startups fail, so I think strict rules are generally OK.

He called the guy “the head of macro” so James isn’t allowed to repeat how his boss referred to him externally? This is as close to a slam dunk lawsuit for the employee as it gets. Lesson: be more careful what you write in an email
