@JNGross And I certainly don’t think the Covid vaccine is so wildly effective in 12 year-old patients that not getting it would preclude you from getting a heart transplant. This isn’t the polio vaccine we are talking about.

@JNGross How many 12 year olds on immunosuppressants are dying from Covid in 2025 in vaxxed vs unvaxxed? I bet the number is tiny and the difference between vaccinated and unvaccinated is statistically insignificant They’re probably more likely to die of RSV turned pneumonia.

This is bloody brilliant because it’s completely true. The same people telling you that taking $40 billion from our billionaires will somehow solve poverty and homelessness are the same people telling you that cutting $40 Billion out of government waste is a completely meaningless small amount of money.
$40 Billion is enough to cure world hunger if you take it from billionaires, and completely inconsequential if you take it from the federal budget. Youth in the youngest congresswoman is like a breath of fresh air, but an enormous red flag when hired at DOGE.

@chrismunns Lots of good people with bad managers get called low performers. But the bad news is that Meta went public calling everyone laid off a “low performer” which is going to make finding new jobs difficult for many of them.

@WallStreetApes That’s actually the local government that’s out of control. Federal government doesn’t tell her she can’t put her tiny house there.
