Anytime we'd get into a big fight, he would just leave the state. Wouldn't tell me where he was going, who he'd be with or when he was coming back. I told him if he did it a 3rd time we were over. Guess he couldn't help himself 🤷♀️

This video has been on my mind a lot lately. I'm so unbelievably grateful my husband is a good father and actually helped with our baby. I pray that woman is cuddling her baby and both are happy right now.

What's wrong with "kid activities"? It's so fun to see your baby enjoying the park or an aquarium! Way more fun than sitting in a coffee shop and switching toys for the baby every 10 minutes to keep him from crying.

I think he is in the right. Men shouldn't be shirtless, and neither should women.
I go to the gym and bust my butt 2x/week wearing a short sleeve shirt, shorts and leggings. The men at my gym also wear shirts. This isn't that insane or difficult.

Anecdotal, but my OB is a man and he's awesome. Most women I talk to have a problem with their woman OB being snarky or not listening, whereas I've rarely heard a complaint about a male OB.
Irl anyway. The internet is always different.

I have the best husband on the planet and a supportive family ontop of that. I still had a moment where I screamed at my baby to "stop being a brat." I never grew up in a family like that and I've never done anything like that since. It's the lack of sleep that causes this.

My husband didn't even have a ring when he asked. But he got on one knee and asked earnestly. If he had made a big stink about how kneeling is emasculating (complaining is feminine) I would have known he's too busy worrying about appearances rather than how to be a good husband.

But I don't see how the epidural would counteract the intended effect of a stronger uterus by eating dates and tea. Or why women who plan on having an epidural would get no benefit from the dates and tea?

Epidurals sometimes may prolonge labor, but a lot of women I know say it sped their labor up too.
As far as I know, the dates and tea are supposed to strengthen the uterus?

If you live in a high crime area, you absolutely, 100% need a dog. Even a small annoying dog.
My 35lb mutt, who happened to be outside, just chased off 8 joggers who were literally running up my driveway at 9pm.
What were their intentions? Idk. Didn't need to know.

It's actually harder to get pregnant than you think. I've never once taken birth control and only have 1 son after 2 years of marriage. He was a c-section, so we're waiting a year in-between.
Tracking cycles as well as a 'certain' method are actually really useful.
A suspicious number of people who say they are against birth control only have two kids
I'm not saying it's impossible or that those women, some of them, didn't have infertility issues.
But I'm saying, that's a whole lot of people with only two kids

I've shared this before, but I can't tell enough people about the dangers of pitbulls. Our neighbors pitbull attacked the neighbors' dog 3 times and killed another one of their dogs in a 4th attack in their yard. And the police threatened to arrest us if we shoot them.

I struggle with this one and go back and forth. I've never really had to comfort my husband and the baby at the same time, and my husband has made it clear to me that our son comes first always. But I also understand the argument about spouses being together forever. Kids leave.

About to drive 1 hour, each way to go to a nice park and visit really nice people with my 8 month old.
I am usually a back seat queen, but this will be a solo mission, so that's why it's a big deal to me.

I had a similar experience and it's breaking my heart that people are piling on to shame her because she has a POS filming her at her lowest. My husband stepped in and took the baby for 4-6 hours so I could SLEEP. She obviously needs SLEEP. Thank God for my husband.

We did this system too and it worked wonders! Most well rested new parents of everyone we knew. But the negative comments from my family about how hard it was on my husband kinda sucked. Older people forget how awful it is getting no more than 40 min naps for a month.

I just got publicly shamed by my fellow church ladies for lying to my husband about the time of things in order to get him to be places on time.
I've never been publicly shamed before and I get why groups do this. This has greatly impacted me.

Well, BC can cause cancer and messes up your hormones. And tracking cycles allows me to avoid pregnancy while still being intimate with my husband. And also avoiding rupturing my uterus if I get pregnant again too soon after a c-section.

Once that kind of trust and respect is lost, it can't be recovered.
Maybe I'm weak, but I don't think it's the best advice to tell a person who's been cheated on to suck it up.

My baby is 99th percentile, born 9lbs 14oz, and now weighs 18lbs at 3 months. I like to think it's due to combo feeding (breast and formula). Adults take supplements to improve health. Why not also help baby out the same way? Assuming you're using a soy/corn syrup free formula.
