I’ve been a bit quiet recently, but on 22nd March my son, Robert Livingstone was told he’d widespread, untreatable cancer with no more than 2 weeks left to live, he was 46. He began his everlasting sleep on 04/04/2024 at 10.30am. RIP my beautiful boy 💔😢❤️😢
@lornamcfindy
Well said! I rarely leave the house, have been out 6 times n last year! I know I’m lucky as so many can’t do this. Earlier today a family member bemoaning lockdown and how depressed they and friends were said “it’s ok for you, you’re used to it”. Un-bloomin+believable!
@RobbieRinder
Please pour me a drink. I’ve just finished sewing the latest sets of scrubs. These are going to our local hospital and I’m knackered. I did a fillip. Your vodka will do! And the only tinned soup I like is Heinz Tomato. So that’ll do for my tea too xxx
@EamonnHolmes
@RuthieeL
@thismorning
Hurray hurray. I can start watching again!!! Only used to watch on Fridays and then that was denied me by you being replaced. Can’t wait. Xx🥰🥰
@jayletay
@Forestvon
I think Long Covid is putting a spotlight on chronic illnesses which impinge on our life to the extent we rarely leave our homes. I count myself fortunate that most days I can leave my bedroom to go downstairs. As someone said I’ve been rehearsing for lockdown for years!
@DarrenFEdwards
I definitely need the hug. My son only had one regret and that was that he hadn’t married the love of his life. Well miracles happened and it was arranged within 24hrs. We were all so happy for them. Look at his footwear!! 😀😀
@RobbieRinder
Zero sized models influence young people. Until the fashion industry, advertisers, media etc accept damage that can be done by the “look” they portray as normal these fad diets are very attractive to easily malleable young minds.
@GoodLawProject
@lawyerstan
@carolvorders
And there was I and the
@tauntonscrubs
group making scrubs day in day out for nought with donated fabric. We’d get orders from our local hospital they’d be delivered. Our county Somerset needed us and we answered the call at no cost to the public purse. She makes me so angry 🤬🤬
Each year at this time we hope to boost our followers. We would love to have 4K by the end of the year. If you feel so inclined, please retweet and help us spread the word!

@RobbieRinder
Your documentary should be made part of the Secondary School curriculum. In that way following generations cannot be deniers or claim ignorance. 😢😢
@RobbieRinder
@standardnews
Accepting different viewpoints makes life interesting and less narrow. I have politically, religiously, culturally diverse friends and acquaintances who think differently than me in many subjects. But as long as they are kind, honest, loyal and tolerant they will do for me.
@MaryDairy151853
@1Fubar
Maybe he’s on disability and housing isn’t always capped.
ESA I believe can be about £720 every 2 weeks, say £1440 per month then if he has PIP + housing and council tax paid. Why go to work? Our benefit system needs to be reviewed.
@RobbieRinder
Must be sooo difficult for them and soooo easy for families in high rise flats with no garden, no transport and little money. They should try it. Someone needed to say this and none better than you.
New Covid restrictions. If you live in Scotland but visit England whose rules do you follow
@RobbieRinder
can you advise please before my son leaves Edinburgh for a visit!!
Fuck me up a chimney 🤦🏾♀️
The amount of misinformed twats on here that think that teachers get 19wks paid holidays, cushty pay and have been doing fuck all for two months is alarming.
The war against teachers has begun.
(Btw my time off twitter lasted 24hours 😂)

@SaffronBarker
@bbcstrictly
Have to say I thought
@SaffronBarker
whole outfit was just so right for her, the routine and music. So evocative of an era gone by but looked modern. You ladies certainly know how to do a frock! X

@JuliaHB1
@RobbieRinder
The one thing you can be sure of is that
@RobbieRinder
will say as he finds. And he will communicate his frustration, anger, disappointment, embarrassment at our country’s slow response with lucid prose that cannot be misunderstood.
@ClareGerada
I think if you had said “my experience” and “I found exercise’ it would have been ok. Some of us
#pwME
have been left forever damaged and weakened by exercise even moderate is negative for us.
@JayneSeckerSky
I personally think Jsyne Secker should go. She showed lack of professionalism, made it personal, was boastful ( I’ve been paid sooo much money I can buy to rent and out down you lowly, beneath me renters). Shameful. Sky Sports sacked and censured presenters. Sky News do same.
@bowelbabe
You put perspective into my life. I have had chronic pain for over 50 years. Also fibro, CFS, arthritis and a few other things. They pale into insignificance compared to your fight. You are so young I am 70. I would swap with you if I could xx
@TomKindlon
These are my symptoms. I have ME/CFS and Fibromyalgia. Maybe now we will be treated with the same respect and concern as those now presenting with Long Covid.

As usual you’ve both done an excellent job of bringing a real injustice and scandal to a national audience. You’re both so good at what you do. Keep doing this!
@RobbieRinder
@GMB
@CharlotteHawkns
You have such pulling power! You don’t shy away from the difficult, awkward, embarrassing, impolite, rudeness etc. you are tenacious and an excellent communicator! So refreshing than the banality of some presenters. Well done 👏🏻👏🏻🤩🤩
@RobbieRinder
Oh, how lovely! I gave my youngest a hug for first time in a year! Couldn’t hug her on her Wedding Day! I admire that generation. They went through so much to ensure we lived in freedom. I’m not sure it’s appreciated as much as it should. Service before Self xx
@fibromyalgiast1
And how we shower and dress up to go to a GP or hospital appointment! They see the best of us! Back home, collapse in a heap of pain and fatigue.
Earlier today I took part in a
@FestivalPain
session doing Origami led by
@DrLizzieBurns
It was fabulous and helped me manage the
#chronicpain
I was in this morning. You were brilliant
@DrLizzieBurns
and I’ll be looking at your YouTube Origami sessions!

@kelvin_fletcher
@mikebreakfast
I think that there are some troubling undercurrents happening in
@bbcstrictly
For goodness sake it’s an entertainment show about learning to dance! Judges factor in improvement. The best dancer hasn’t always won! It’s who “entertains” us and
@mikebreakfast
certainly does that.
@RobbieRinder
I’m in tears. You’ve done good
@RobbieRinder
The things you’ve brought to them will make life a little easier for them. What brave, resilient souls they are! Xx
@RobbieRinder
My daughters boyfriend is moving in with her today. He has Aspergers. He is also succeeding in his chosen career. It’s challenging but many overcome their difficulties and use their experiences to show compassion to others. 💜
@RolfatWarwick
@Warwick_Law
Rolf. I think of all those young people away from home feeling a bit lonely and unsure. And then there you are a great focus for the Uni community, something to get people together, chat, get to know each other. Hope you are an absolute Pawstar!
If you are living with persistent pain you need a distraction. Come along today to
@FestivalPain
Create & Chat on Zoom at 12.30. Creating and crafting makes us focus on something other than our pain and it can turn pain volume down.

@RobbieRinder
@CatMacdiarmid
You are such a good subject with a very expressive face. Amazing how many different looks have been caught from that one sitting. A man for all artists that’s
@RobbieRinder
xx
@bhatia_bridget
@t_hewlett
I think even more time than that. A real walk through the process and how you chose fabrics, add and adapt to get the perfect look. There’s such an interest in home sewing they are not taking advantage of this. And there’s sustainability in repurposing. Tell them!!!!!
@CortJohnson
I don’t think anyone diagnosed with ME/CFS will be surprised at this. We’ve always understood that with few exceptions we are the invisible forgotten unwell!
@ClagueNjc36
That’ll be helpful Many years ago the physio on my Pain Mgt course insisted on GET I had a massive ME/CFS flare and my PEM floored me for weeks
We've previously shared a case study on Ian and his experience of fibromyalgia and how cooking helps him. His story has now reached the BBC and is a good awareness piece for the condition. Click below to have a read. 👇
Kenya has raised over £80 from making key rings, bag charms etc. and selling them in her school, as well as on her Facebook page. She is donating money to FMAUK, as her mother has suffered from fibromyalgia which has had a huge impact on her life. (1/2)
@RobbieRinder
@JBDCharity
I was wondering whether you need some craft stuff like knitting needles, crochet hooks and yarn. I’m sure I can persuade a few to downsize their stash. Also sewing machines abs fabric. Let me know please. Xx
@johnthejack
That is it exactly!!! We haven’t been listened to! I find it so amazing I had ME diagnosed over 25 years after never recovering from EBV. Long Covid has been around for less than a year!!!!!!!
