Oh no, such sad news to wake up to that the magnificent Paul O’Grady has died at the age of 67. What a warm-hearted, hugely talented and funny man he was. Plus a dog-lover of course, with his brilliant show @RealPOGDogs supporting @Battersea_. Such a loss & gone too young 😔

Just heartbreaking @Rob7Burrow has died after being diagnosed with MND back in 2019. A fellow @mndassoc patron, he was such a beautiful human being who did so much to raise awareness & funds for those with MND. He’ll be very much missed. Big love Lindsey, Macy, Maya & Jackson 💔

Next on @gmb is little ray of sunshine Harmonie-Rose. At 11 months old she contracted meningitis, had a 10% chance of survival, & had to have all her limbs amputated. She’s now 5, has completed a half marathon & is now taking on gymnastics. Such a sweetheart & an inspiration! 🥰

Talking long covid on @gmb, despite luckily only having mild symptoms I’ve been left with exhaustion, brain fog & leg numbness/pain that had to be checked for suspected blood clot (fortunately wasn’t). Sending love to all those battling the effects & after-effects of this virus♥️.

There seems to be a worrying amount of misinformation on here about self-isolation. It’s a legal requirement to self-isolate if you’re contacted by NHS Test & Trace, or if you test positive. It’s not a choice, it’s your responsibility to do it properly to protect those around you.

Happy 100th Birthday Nanny Lil! This is her with great-granddaughter Ella Rose. An amazing lady, Lily Hare has lived through so much & was a Sergeant involved in planning for D-Day landings. So sad we can’t be there to celebrate but we’ll come just as soon as we can. Much love 💕
