My blood pressure has started to spike a little and my doctor told me to lose weight. I said “I’ve lost 25 pounds since you last saw me.” He said, “yes, I see that. Lose more.” PS I am no longer obese, but I am not yet at the magical fucking number where doctors stop obsessing.
