I work full time to provide for my wife and I. I work 50-60 hours a week. I also am a pastor of “rinky dink” church where I work full time, I don’t copy sermons and make disciples of students. This is insulting to the body of Christ, it’s insulting to my church family. 1/.

“Pastor” and “Elder” are synonymous. To say church contains a female “pastor” is to say it contains a female “elder” . These terms CANNOT be separated, and should be revered. Scripture is CLEAR on the qualifications of Elder. To separate them, is contrary to God’s design.
