Here's a tip that you may or may not be aware of.
I've found the "letters mode" (like Wordle or Phrazle) can be easier when the phrazes are shorter and "words mode" is better when there's more words to go at (as the likelihood of words like "as", "of", "the" increases).

Nice try Claire - here’s a tip, when you see 2 or 3 letter words, try guessing the most common of those first, to try and find the structure of the phrase! Try out the “letters” mode, which is more like Wordle and Phrazle.

Both great ideas, Lorraine. I’d actually been considering the latter as a “power up” I.E. needing an active streak to use it so that it doesn’t make things too easy? What do you think?
My main concern around limiting guesses is how hard that might make succeeding at the game?

You'll get the hang of it, if you're playing the "words" mode the best thing to do is start by guessing the shorter words which appear frequently in phrases i.e. "in", "to", "as", "a", etc

That’s what it looks like to me Elizabeth 👍. I think the phone is under the expected minimum width. I’ll try and get that fixed asap. In the meantime you should be able to rotate the phone to input guesses. Sorry about that!

A friend’s mom is dying of cancer. She needs treatment to keep her alive that’s costing them £9,000 per month, which isn’t covered by her insurance or by the NHS. A tragic situation.

It's a daily game where you guess the phrase from visual clues. We also have a backlog of all previous days games for users to play, which is why sharing is a little more complex than the likes of Wordle, etc.

A good way to get your fix is to play past games at . They won't count towards streaks and stars but it might give you your fix?
