Transdermal thiamine is far more potent but it seems it’s effects are significantly different in the same way hormones like preg/dhea metabolize via different pathways. Oral thiamine somehow feels a bit more dopaminergic despite TD having a bigger increase in heart rate

Just buy powders (preferably from somewhere like Purebulk but plenty of Bulksupplements stuff is fine too). Yes you will need a scale but once you figure out what a 1/4 tsp, 1/16 tsp etc of something weighs often you can wing it.

I still haven’t tried malate but a lot of people seem to jive with it. Chloride sprayed all over the back of the neck/shoulders/etc is super effective but i don’t love having anything like that on my skin once humid summer hits

I awoke feeling of death today, total depression hell as if sleep deprived for weeks. Just did about 30 minutes of transcendental meditation and getting more bloodflow to the brain fixed me. Why I don’t do it everyday anymore I have no idea but it saved my ass. Thank you David

Just started taking that pure b complex and side effects from thiamine (inflamed sore traps/neck) are gone. Only reference to that exact symptom I’ve seen was related to methylation so maybe it’s the folate they put in there

There’s a bit too much cope around smoking/nicotine (and I use way too much of the latter). You don’t wanna be a lunger or use a vasoconstrictor all day on top other stimulants like caffeine (many of which are really way better)

I can see niacinamide maybe as it’s very potent transdermal and it’s a pretty big dose so maybe methyl donor depletion or tinnitus, etc. Taurine I don’t see how anyone could have an issue

Plain old mag chloride works best for me both transdermal/in my drinking water (and happens to be dirty cheap by the pound) but I do like mag taurate too. I find I need less of it after improving thyroid except when I’m on thiamine which lately is almost always
