Remembering how Georgi talked about the snails who had their DHT removed with Science™️ and they lost the ability to spiral. Took 4mg DHT in DMSO under tongue and within a few minutes was standing straighter with muscle tension in places it’s normally absent.

An under-recognized but over-occurring symptom of hypothyroidism is sleep apnea. Low thy individuals have trouble relaxing their lungs & throat while sleeping, causing all sorts of breathing problems. 33mil Americans are on CPAP machines. T3/T4 takes them off. Studies below.

I am now tolerant of a dose of 200mg of caffeine with breakfast, 200mg with lunch, and a 200mg dose with a meal an hour before sleep. 2yrs ago a cup of coffee made me hypoglycemic. I can also stop caffeine and have zero withdrawals or migraines for the first time. Thanks Ray.

I think most exercise isn’t Peaty primarily because it’s pointless activity, not as much due to the metabolic effects. High lactate play > soulless reps, imo (eustress) “Exercise” was what happened when you did meaningful tasks. Now it’s metabolic distress for vanity.

If increasing the metabolic rate expels greater heat and water from the organism, an environment that is drier and cooler by some margin would assist in elevating the metabolic rate as per Le Chatelier's principle. As a young peater, this is the primary drive for me leaving FL.

Tip from @Outdoctrination : keep the thermometer under your arm for 10min before testing. If you don’t believe me, try taking your temp instantly and then test every minute up to 10. I gained 0.9°F in that time. Massive margin of error if you’re testing for thyroid health.

“I’ll only submit to a man worthy of my submission” is an exercise in missing the point. Submissiveness is as integral to femininity as affability is. Imagine a man who says: “I’ll only get a job, be chaste, and lift weights when there’s a woman worthy of it”.

I’m (me, the literal, actual guy) being informed this Yuletide season by extended family that the COVID vaccine is indeed unsafe and (3 boosters later) that it’s unwise to take any further shots

This is why the health influencers who have been lean, energetic, and healthy their whole lives malign those who fight for their good days: they're spiritually boomers. It's the "I worked as a waiter to put myself through college" but with health.

Having contact with seriously bad health is not a necessity for discussing health topics on the internet, but it definitely helps. People with stronger developmental constitutions can sometimes barely relate to someone who's been ill since childhood.
