Coconut Oil does not contain cholesterol. I know this is obvious, but I really didn't think much about it until today. I was not feeling great and realized it had been quite some time since I had any eggs, full fat dairy, or fatty meat. Ate 3 eggs, felt better.

Yesterday, my first 4 meals were 2 tbsp (30g) coconut oil and 85-90g dates. 500 kcal each meal, eaten at (6,9,12,3). 30g fat and 67g carb each. Zero protein until dinner. Felt awesome this way. Tons of energy all day. Never hungry. Going to duplicate today.

Now we're cookin! This is nothing like being sick with a fever. I feel awesome. Unlimited energy. Almost euphoric. Ate my normal dates, milk and coconut oil today and normal supps. Only difference today was 600mg SEA - which I think helped me get that extra half degree.
