Had surgery follow up yesterday - no cancer detected in the parts they removed, apparently I also had some degree of endometriosis, so that’s over with now too.
And I can… choose when I got back to work?! Any time between now and the beginning of December.

I have something to share: I was diagnosed as diabetic 3 months ago. I’m on low dose meds, exercising and dieting, and have lost 20lbs since (yay!).
I’d love to hear your tips for exercise or dieting (diabetic or regular) as I get used to this new life.
