been very striking how many comments there are about how many people are dying from crowding in acute care pathways. It must be dreadful for family members to read this with no offer of mitigation. Have been thinking about running some info sessions for members of public 1/x

@AmandaPritchard I think we have to take a moment and consider the difference between clinical documentation and conversational clinical dialogue. Real possibility this tech just further embeds epistemic injustice in care from bias
