@MarcBesselink Not routinely, just selected cases (suspicious CT finding or high CA19.9 at diagnosis). 80% of our PDAC patients receive long course neoadjuvant chemo, rate of open-close / palliative surgery very low (about 5%). But I agree that we probably should do more based on the data.

@rbarbosa91 We call it the Mickey Mouse as well. Great aid in open duct to mucosa pancreatic anastomosis for small ducts. Avoid catching opposite side wall with the needle.
