Great questions! This approach needs to be validated through a randomized study, which we are currently working on. Our goal is to explore not only the metabolic impact and perfusion effects of this strategy but also clinical outcomes. It represents a step beyond current treatment protocols, which primarily focus on macrodynamics—we need to integrate organ perfusion and and, ultimately, prioritize what truly matters: patient outcomes.
