If you don't specify a state, they often just follow up with "where in the US." It's not *that* different from people saying "France" instead of "European Union." The USA is double the size of the EU, with vast differences per state; being non-specific doesn't tell you that much.

Art is entirely subjective. I value art by the emotion it elicits in me. The Mona Lisa doesn't do anything for me, and neither does a banana taped to a wall, but if it invokes an emotional response in someone else, it is "art" to them.

Generally speaking, attempted murder charges require the prosecution to prove "intent," which is a high bar. I'd suggest that "attempted manslaughter" is a better fit in most swatting cases (there was no "plan to kill," but their actions were "negligent or recklessness").

I'm not sure you know what you're talking about. While Android technically doesn't "uninstall" an app like Photos, you can absolutely disable it entirely so that it is effectively uninstalled from the user's perspective. That's all anyone is asking of Apple.

Nintendo has every right to sue individual users for illegally downloading ROMs. They don't want to deal with the difficulty of doing so. Movie companies can't sue BitTorrent apps; they must go after users misusing them. You can carry a lockpick until you use it illegally.

Exactly. The game clothing already stretches to body modifications (the character creator allows making skinny and large body types). This states that the clothing *can* have strange shading when you push this stretching mechanic as far as the mod does.

I hate YouTube Music (which now includes podcasts). They went from two simple apps with simple interfaces that allowed me to play media quickly to one bloated app with an ugly UI that takes forever to find what I'd like to hear.
