There is nothing normal about what transpired in the past 36 +/- months. We need some time to have a better understanding of the market as a whole & higher % rates. IMHO

I just did a 400+ mile round trip from Portland, ME to Milinocket. I can’t imagine trying to make that trek pulling a snowmobile trailer with 2 sleds & gear in January with an electric truck? Make it a Hybrid 40+ mpg combined and we can talk. Till then it’s just a city toy.

For rentals, completely Disagree. 100% tenant & pet and water proof. Once furnished with a couch, area rugs, lamp, end tables, entertainment system, coffee table etc much more appealing.
