@shawngorham This is an awesome story. Most of us, whether we want to admit it or not publicly, have a Liam in our lives. I know I do! . I strive to be a Liam next.

This question comes up quite often, as a former plumbing contractor I know the difference, you should too:. Is there a difference in buying plumbing fixtures from home improvement stores vs a plumbing supplier?. Yes! #thread has the details

@AmiriKing These people believe a man can have a baby, what do you expect? If you photo shopped your head on a pregnant woman you'd be a hero! Most confusing time In history. .

@LeadershipAcad1 Some things are worth more than money. We have completely different businesses though, I build homes. I am not going to be able to build an entire extra home because I make them work Christmas week. I am not going to build any less homes for the year either. I learned.

@GrindeOptions I wake up at 5am everyday anyway and have for 35+ years in the construction industry, 3/4 or that I made less than $75k. I wouldn’t trade it for anything now.

@sweatystartup So you lie to your kids and let them think they are giving their candy to other kids that didn’t get any, then you throw it away. Great lesson on lying 😂😂😂.

There are 2 good days for a home builder:. • Permit Day.• Certificate of Occupancy Day. All the rest in between:. Nightmare. It's been fact checked by my independent #factcheck.

@YPersisted It’s 𝕏 they have to criticize something. I’ve done my research and people buying here in this area love these homes that they wouldn’t otherwise be able to afford. Had a lengthy convo with the neighbor across the street, he is a beer rep for a local distributor with a young.

I will be 100% honest here:. These "people" (the anon accounts creating this mess) are ruining the 𝕏 experience for me and many others. I have been blocking them and others that think it's fun to tear others down. I've been to the top, back to the bottom, and to the top again.
All of you anonymous trolls having a good laugh about this look like such assholes. “He couldn’t take the heat! This means he was a fraud all along!”. Wrong. Grifters don’t delete their accounts. Normal people with good families, loving spouses, and respectable careers are the

This was my new (less than 1yr old, 59 hours) CAT 305C Excavator being stolen last year at my shop. Along with my 22' Kaufman tilt trailer. Also brand new. Total $100k. They caught them and they go on trial this week, they are claiming I was committing insurance fraud.

I can't believe I have to say this. but:. As a contractor, never work with a client that doesn't have a sizable down payment, and never leave more than 5% at the end for them to pay. Even further, never work with an attorney. They are always the first one to screw you over.
I can't believe I have to say this, but:. DO NOT hire a general contractor without a written agreement!! . And DO NOT hire a contractor if it is not clear in the written agreement whether the contract is fixed price, time and materials, or cost plus. If you don't know how.

This post yesterday blew up on my, sitting on about 360k views right now. Lots of nastiness in the comments, lots of positivity as well. There were a ton of questions about the finishes. For under $250k, I feel like it has good finishes. Someone that does this 100X better
Our spec home in Ocala FL just hit the market. $244k.3/2/1.1/4 acre. $194/ft. Listing in first comment. More details coming.

@jaketapper 99% of all people in the US that contracted COVID survived. Only 10% of our population has contracted it. 1% of our population has died from COVID. 1%. What percent of people that already contracted it are getting it again and/or being hospitalized/dying.
