I’m a mother of 3. I struggled to breastfeed each time.
Was I offered drugs to try and help with lactation? No. Would I have accepted drugs to help with lactation, knowing the potential side effects on myself & baby? No.
I did what every other mother does & resorted to formula.

I went to a huge school in the 90’s. Quite a few gay lads and lesbian girls, but absolutely zero trans. It wasn’t even a thought in anyone’s minds. I’m still in touch with very very many people who I went to school with. Not a single person from our school is trans, then or now.

I’ve worked in schools. I know that children can use going to the toilet as an excuse to get out of work, but preventing a child from going completely isn’t the answer.

Circle time is different to mindfulness.
Mindfulness in schools does happen & is a good thing. Schools also do other emotional interventions such as Thrive, ELSA, Lego therapy etc.
Mindfulness is in NO way enough for the complex mental health needs that children/schools face.
