We’re sorry to be sharing the very sad news that Paul Chappell, our much-loved school cleaner, died today at 8am. From what we understand from his family, Paul collapsed on his way to work just before half term and was taken to hospital. He sadly never recovered.

Very brave of Thomas and his mum to put themselves forward to talk about their experiences of asthma, which is a leading cause of death in the UK. Last year 433 children were hospitalised in South Yorkshire due to asthma. This is why we are the first Asthma Friendly School in SY!
