Thats a consequence of hollywood only allowing one actor with dwarfism to have any remote influence. The parts available to little people shouldn’t only be stereotypical roles, and those unsatisfied shouldnt need to keep quiet and be grateful for fear of that too being taken away

gotta come to her defense - this was filmed in melbourne - every single cast member besides david is Australian, everyone except him was doing foreign accents, which is part of the reason why hers may sound a little awkward

Yes but that does serve a purpose - Alicent has a vast amount of money available to her via the Kings Landing coffers, and thus can afford extra cosmetic expenditures. Rhaenyra has less liquid wealth accessible to her at Dragonstone and cant afford the same luxuries

GRRM is an artist, he's not a social activist. He doesn't owe an ending with the trite msg of "Monarchy is bad!" to any reader, esp since the themes of how common folks suffer under royalty is already there in the books. I don't expect mediocre YA writers to know this, tho.
