Turkey isn't an ethno state the same way Israel is tho. If you're an Arab or Afghan refugee you can come to turkey and get asylum and easy citizenship for example. In Israel besides 48 Palestinians no Palestinian can in any circumstance get Israeli citizenship so they can't+++
