Israel-Gaza Peace Plan 2.0 1️⃣ Rebuild Gaza with an International Fund: •Hamas fully disarms, its leadership exiles (e.g., to Iran, Qatar, or elsewhere). •Reconstruction led by a coalition of international and regional actors (e.g., Israel, Gulf states, EU, U.S.). •All funding is contingent on security benchmarks being met. 2️⃣ Security for Israel & Gaza: •Israel retains rights to conduct anti-terror operations within Gaza if new threats emerge. •A kilometer wide demilitarized buffer zone remains along the border with advanced surveillance and multiple military bases and armed outposts. •International border monitoring by Israel, NATO, Egypt, Jordan, and possibly UAE to prevent weapons smuggling. •Arab partner states (e.g., Egypt, Jordan, UAE) provide a transitional internal security force in Gaza, in coordination with the Palestinian Authority (PA). 3️⃣ Economic Revival: •Gazans can obtain work permits in Israel under a vetted system. •Seaport and airport reopen with international oversight (U.S., EU, Gulf states). •Gulf investment incentivizes economic recovery. 4️⃣ New Gazan Regional Government: •PA returns with an expanded security force, backed by Arab states. •Regional elections in one year—only non-violent, internationally vetted candidates can run. •Arab League helps manage political transition and governance training. 5️⃣ West Bank Peace Roadmap: •If Gaza remains stable for 3-5 years, phased Israeli withdrawals from certain areas of the West Bank begin. •Settlement negotiations start in exchange for long-term security guarantees and normalization with more Arab states.
