Jobs like this hire part time, and people working retail often have three jobs. So, they'd skirt most requirements by saying they leave plenty of time - never mind they're working for two other companies. Any national law to this end would have to take this into account somehow.

Yeah, because finding a better paying job in this situation is so easy. Sadly, Wal-Mart, shitty as it is, is among better-paying retail jobs. When retail's the only work you've ever had, it's basically all that wants to hire you, and the wage is reliably shitty.

OK but he said 'hairy', not 'very hairy' or 'having chest hair', etc.. There are many factors that determine levels of body hair, not just sex or gender. Humans have body hair, the idea that women are not hairy is incorrect.

Technically, if you google "male monthly hormonal cycle", there's some research suggesting cis men have a cycle similar to women. There's just not the shedding of uterine lining, etc.. It's not as simple as you think.

This wasn't true back in the 60s and 70s. My mom personally knew people who worked simple retail jobs and could (modestly) support a family. This was common. If someone works 40 hours per week, no matter what they do, they deserve to at LEAST support themselves.
