Being more specific, I hate when these players are on a counter and they have an option or more to pass it to, but hold on too long and they get fouled. If they would've released it, their team would still be on the counter

Lots of washed players lol. A decently prime time real with Kaka, Benz, a young Higuain, a young Ronaldo, prime Casillas, Ramos couldn't win it, a prime Barcelona failed in 2010, and a romping Bayern failed in 2012. The game's bigger than the line up let alone the "big names"

Arteaga is bench for Genk while Gallardo has consistently been a decent performer for Mexico. Excellent in Russia 2018, one of the few who did his job well in Qatar 2022, and one of the best in the Gold Cup. The hate is just cultural now

Cringe. I just checked the game & Couto feigned an injury at 92:15. Medics came on & 2m30s were lost; play restarted at 94:44. At minimum, another minute wasn't played via corners & fouls, including approx. 38 seconds wasted by Gazzaniga at 96:31 until his goalkick at 97:07

PL is quality but you and most ppl didn't know of Lage or Frank prior to last season lol. I'll include myself. There's quality, underrated managers like Galtier, Marcelino Flores, De Zerbi, Gasperini, but they only really get "recognition" of their quality if they come to PL.

Athletic definitely don't have a monopoly. Osasuna and Real Sociedad also compete in the Basque region and have great developmental facilities. That whole region has a rich footballing culture and it's no surprise they produce many top coaches as well
