In some cultures there is pressure to settle down as soon as finishing high school. the hs sweetheart future is encouraged, held up as an attainable and reasonable goal. I didn’t know this until meeting my friend from S. Texas. In my fam you graduated college first OR ELSE.

Yup it’s not a good song. Bad choice for keeping army fans too, but maybe he wants a new fan base? His business. That’s two in a row now I can’t play at my house lol. Disappointed in the way he’s acting out, I’m sure it’ll work out great for him but we won’t be there for it.

This is so interesting. Baby armys have missed out on years of ups and downs in all the relationships. Namjin was huge, vmin, vhope- I am trying to understand why others see what I see yet it’s meaning is so different. Go wayyy back and learn. Listen to what they ALL say and do.

making a lot of assumptions. You don’t know his situation, why he has to go there, what is available nearby, traveling w special needs etc. Why defend this extortionate amount for one night anywhere? Look at the ratio of room cost to other fees. This is not okay.

About ten minutes into them singing the tomato song when they ALL start to completely unravel. Getting it wrong over and over and over again and not giving up! Showed their true commitment and how hard it was to actually make them express anger and frustration. Awesome.

There are thousands of wonderful, kind army who are Jewish, living in Israel, the US, and other places. This issue has many layers to it. It is not “us” vs “them” as young people are making it. The guys do their part for the world with music, UNICEF, inspiring us to give etc.

Yes congrats. As a teacher and mom who lived in the UK, I can assure you this is apples and oranges. And it’s a small country but very densely populated compared to US standards, so many more opportunities for mass fatalities if guns were in the hands of lots of people there.

Yeah it’s fascinating. There is a whole world of interpersonal social rules there that us western armys have learned about. It’s very conflicting though. Emphasis on strong same sex bonds and affection BUT at the same time strongly homophobic and misogynistic. 🤔

The pill is effective, BUT unfortunately also effective at giving many women migraines and side effects and potential serious health risks. I had to go off it years ago. I also know quite a few people who became pregnant while technically on it - human error is also a thing.

👍 to this. But they also stated they have a lot to say that they can’t be open and honest about, and that seems to have been brewing for a long time as a source of frustration. That appeared to be a reason for the tears, from RM and Jimin at least. 🙁

I had first child in my late 20s, then second in my 30s. Second child died of leukemia. We had third child in my early 40s. People don’t always feel that they have choices, so don’t be judgy, you really don’t know other parents’ journey to get where they are.

Ugh IUDs can be really awful. Not to even mention what is involved having it placed. So sad that so many women have to resort to “just do this or that” with painful and sometimes harmful procedures while men just exist. Look at how many men don’t “like” condoms
