No they aren't. A woman can be quite qualified. The Supreme Court Justice Biden appointed is the most qualified out of all the current Supreme Court Justices. This is one of the thought processes that quite irks me about white America. 🙄😕

The same evidence we have for all the white men who were hired and appointed for the positions of power throughout the history of the U.S. I'm so sure all them were the most qualified for the job. I'm certain there was no P.O.C. or woman even remotely qualified for the job

Yes it does it is a compounded issue for Republican states. These laws do affect everyone but it hits hardest on the poor and people who are already facing discrimination. Especially African American women.
