Beautiful story! God also found me in my lowest point of my life. My family doesn't have any connection with our Mother Church (I only have few prot cousins) yet God made me become Catholic through my deafness (I was born deaf). My deafness is the gift of my cross.

You can ask your Guardian Angel to attend Mass for you when you can't make it. St Clare of Assisi was able to see and hear the Mass in her bedroom by the graces of God when she was too sick. I'll include Alex in my rosary for holy souls in purgatory. 🙏

I was born deaf and am still deaf. I had faced a lot of discrimination and been bullied and mocked a lot. But I am currently a graduate student, hold black belt in karate, and am training in Olympic lifting. Now I cook family meals everyday.

You're so wrong! The compilation of the bible was done in 4th century, not 1611. Back then, people couldn't read. Only rich people could afford education. That's why Catholics adopted arts to illustrate the bible. What they were not allowed is to interpret without the Church.

I had an impression that he's not supporting the latin Mass because of his interview with Shia the other times. I check around. There are people kneeling and receiving Communion on tongue in BB's Mass. And he's not intending to remove TLM in his diocese. I'm pleasantly surprised!

My experience is absolutely different from others because I am deaf Catholic. But I have same experience as yours. What i love the most is their high reverence for the name of Jesus like bowing at His name every time, and gestures like many signs of cross.

Even as deaf Catholic, I prefer TLM more as it's easier to follow since we make many signs of cross and bow at the name of Jesus. People come to the Church to pray. That's what Latin Mass is for. I'm thankful that there is a small group of deaf Catholics attending Latin Mass.

My family doesn’t accept me as well. Mind you, my almost whole family practices Buddhism and I’m only one family member who was born deaf. It was my deafness that brought me to our Mother Church! Let us praise God together!

Deaf here. There's international sign language, ISL (sometimes known as gestuno). It's kinda Universal SL because it's used by world federation of the deaf. BUT many deafs prefer to use their own SL due to their great pride in their cultures.

Most of time, I use metal black rosary and wooden beads rosary (i ordered them from Shopee). The knot rosary (on extreme left) was given to me by a man at my parish long time ago. The other rosaries - i unfortunately lost them on public transports.
Catholics, what is your most favorite rosary that you own?
Here is mine! This one came all the way from Lourdes and I recently got it blessed. I carry this one with me everywhere. 😊

(Part 2) I asked my Guardian Angel for help. Suddenly, I could feel the priest talking to me in my intuition as if I could understand him without hearing anything. We had wonderful reconciliation through intuition. I don’t know how it works but it’s the grace of God.

God heard my prayer. I took my dad to the hospital for follow-up checkup (he has Parkinson's disease). A new doctor asked me if I had any question for his condition. I was excited and had discussion with her. I'm more determined to take care of my parents now. 🙏

Ministries for deaf communities also give heretical teachings. I’ve been to Masses for the deaf. They were too liberal for me to accept. Little wonder they’ve not been getting new priests and brothers for long time.

Wrong! You never read OT well. In Davidic kingdom, a mother becomes a queen mother when her son becomes a king. A queen mother also becomes advocate for people, bringing petitions to her king as seen in King Solomon and her mother. So Mary is Queen of Heaven as Jesus is the King.
