It is correct that self-sniping only prevents frontrunning/bots for the account creators.
We realized and communicated that this doesn't help users buying in after, because sniper bots will bid up the next ~X shares anyway.

Really hope that users get some money back, but we don't recommend depositing into SA
If it was a rogue dev, there easily could be other issues that we don't know about
