Very glad that

is prioritising SEND in Week 1 in the new job. It matters a lot to people in the Aylesbury constituency. It will take time, but we are going to work hard to make life easier for SEND kids, parents, carers and teachers.
The Tories said the SEND system is “lose, lose, lose”.
I agree.
The difference is I’m gripping the issue. We have already restructured the Department to focus on improving inclusion in mainstream schools for children with SEND.
A long way to go, but an important start.
