Happy Childermass to Els Enfarinats - the Floury People - in Ibi, Spain. The townsfolk dress in mock military uniforms and stage a coup d'état. Flour and eggs are thrown with tremendous gusto in one of the most exuberantly violent festivals of the church calendar.
