Anything open ended for me. If I concentrate on something that needs fixing I find it much easier, but a generally messy room with multiple little things to do is a right nightmare for me.
@Exploratorylap
Then it's tuff on them! I would ask for you because of it. I like the colours, bright. For me as an autistic person, much more approachable as well 🙂
@ruffleseed
Reading this about your child forgetting their project resonates differently for some. As a neurodivergent person, forgetting things due to executive function challenges is a daily struggle.
While self-reliance is important, a child forgetting a project isn't necessarily about
🐟 So today I found a goldfish just on the grass in my back garden. It was alive, I think, and have absolutely no idea where it came from. There’s no ponds anywhere near. So I took it inside….

I notice he has clubbing of his fingers. For those who don't understand this sign, here's a lowdown 👇

Butter/Margarine. I hate margarine, it takes fake. I love real salty butter. People always still buy margarine and say its the same thing 🙄
@Number10cat
I'm thankful I stayed indoors tonight. The scenes in my city are scary. I've never seen anything like it. Shops burned, and police and the public were injured.
All rail transport into and out of Hull stopped.
As an autistic person life can already be scary at times, but this
About one hour ago. I had a seizure aura, which developed rapidly. I called upon staff as instructed, knowing what was about to take place.
The staff said, and I quote "There's nothing that can be done for a seizure". They promptly left the room, leaving me alone. 1/
@EmilyTammam
My deepest condolences to you and your loved ones during this difficult time. Losing someone is never easy, and I can only imagine how heavy your hearts must feel right now. Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers, and if there is anything at all that I can do to help
@drkeithsiau
The connection lies in the distribution of ALDH2. This enzyme is not only present in the liver but also found in the lining of the GI tract. When alcohol is ingested, it comes into contact with the GI tract, where ALDH2 plays a crucial role in metabolising acetaldehyde at this

Where to start.. (as my eye does not see, no particular order).
1. Surgical Drapes
2. Patient Positioning Devices: i.e as arm boards, leg stirrups, or headrests, depending on the type of surgery.
Anaesthesia Equipment
3. Anaesthesic Machine
4. Endotracheal Tube/Laryngeal Mask
@PostingOften
In plain sight, I'd simply tape it to the detective's desk. The trick is to hide it in the most obvious place, where no one would ever think to look. Plus, if he ever gets to the bottom of his pile of casework, he might just find a little surprise waiting for him.

40 squares.
There is one large square made up of 16 smaller squares
There are four 3x3 squares
There are nine 2x2 squares
Finally, there are sixteen 1x1 squares
The total number of squares is 1 + 4 + 9 + 16 = 40 squares.

for bringing the science behind the pandemic to the public, in a way that's open, evidence based, and easily accessible. This is how you gain public trust.

Yes please do write a piece on it. Raising awareness of Coercive Control is essential to dealing with this under identified offence. Please do shine a light on it, too many people suffer in silence.
@gunsnrosesgirl3
No, the molecule depicted in the image is not possible. The structure shown is a hexagonal ring with alternating single and triple bonds between six carbon atoms. This configuration is highly unstable and does not conform to the standard bonding rules for carbon.
Each carbon

Put me there and you can guarantee fight or flight would kick in. Thankfully in meltdown, it's normally the latter. I would be out of there.
@autienelle
Every point you made here in this thread is exactly my experience. I've not ever felt so seen in this respect. Thankyou for posting your experiences, you've found words that have eluded me.
@Autistic_Lia
I masked it for several years well, but I found as you get older you get, the easier it is for that mask to slip. You find that demand eventually exceeds your brain's capacity. Once this happened, I found things much harder. Idk if anyone can relate to this?
@rustykitty_
I've had false positives just like this before, even before AI was widespread. I think it originates from my autistic communication traits. People just think I'm a bot sometimes. 😑
Appeal it or ask for second marker.

Schmorl nodes.
-Also known as intravertebral disc herniations.
- Refer to protrusions of the cartilage of the intervertebral disc through the vertebral body endplate & into the adjacent vertebra.
- Relatively common.
- Usually asymptomatic.
@DrTobiasFunky
This would cause me serious issues Autism wise. I would have to leave the establishment even against advice. Food is a safe item for me. [not advising this to anyone, please bear in mind!] I am Epileptic and find myself an inpatient several times a year, thankfully our amazing
I never thought I would hear such a thing. No basic injury protection, no safety, no airway management. Just... alone. This was all caught on a video call.

@HullHospitals
Please share this around. I have apnoeic episodes and have ended up in intensive care with my seizures. This needs to be prevented from happening again. If anyone picks up a learning point or two through a quote or a repost, then I would be indebted. Thankyou

@Autistic_Lia
For some reason yes. I've never been able to pinpoint why this is though. I'm not good at matching names to faces anyway, especially if the person changes their appearance. 🤔
@Rod__Mason
When it's time for the lunar lander to leave the Moon, it starts by firing its engines. These engines produce a powerful thrust or force that pushes the lander off the Moon's surface. This initial burst of thrust helps the lander break free from the Moon's gravitational pull.
@StomaCop
This should be reviewed. The last line of our local stoma prescribing guidance, which is based on NICE guidelines implies that 2 months may be considered excess. However, a month's supply should be the norm. I'm located Yorkshire and Humber but NICE is national guidance ofc.
Sometime later after coming around somewhat (post-ictal), incontinent of urine, alone and injured - photos above. I dragged myself to the toilet and sorted myself out. I no longer feel safe here. 2/
@Parody_PM
I'm autistic and my books are arranged by colour. Just saying. Doesn't make me a psychopath. Not sure of the person depicted here though still... 🤔
@AutisticCallum_
Thankyou for this great summary of points. Almost all of which I relate to, however find it hard to express. You've given me a voice here. Reposted to gain further exposure.
@EM_RESUS
An 80 year old who doesn't feel right is having some kind of acute event unless proven otherwise. This ECG certainly supports this theory. Atypical presentation. LCX occlusion? 🤔
@HarrySpoelstra
I have always been in awe of a dogs sense and this just proves it. I use a service dog for seizure alerts. I've never heard of dogs sniffing C-19. 😳 Your dog is beautiful by the way.
@DrZedZha
To be believed as a patient (by healthcare professionals) means to have your symptoms, experiences, and concerns acknowledged and validated without undue scepticism, ensuring that your input is integrated into the diagnostic and treatment processes with empathy and respect.
@JamesTCobbler
I would agree with those suggesting to use your name. I've used your services for years and I cannot see your name on your frontage at all, the colours aren't "you". You would do better if you make sure people know it's a Timpson outlet, with your brand colours and name.
@sensorystories_
Thanks for finding the words to explain this point so succinctly Nicole. I have been trying to put this very point into words for some time.
