I feel not shame, but humiliation, from just being a woman. I think that should be easy to understand. Being small, vulnerable = not having control, being sexualized when I don’t always want to be, is humiliating. Do other women feel this?

It doesn’t necessarily fix it, but a good therapist can help you understand why you do things you don’t want to do and don't do things you do want to do, and reverse that cycle lol.
It can also help you connect better with other people

Be real, live in the gray. Public preschool would be low quality and damaging, but being at home with your parents on the iPad all day is the more likely alternative. High quality preschool with lots of play and outdoor time is 🤌🏻 (church preschool, etc)

I’ve had 3 inductions and 1 spontaneous. The spontaneous was definitely the most traumatic. Can’t understand why people want to push moms to wait for the surprise of water gushing out possibly in public, or wake up suddenly in pain, etc.

Just my personal observation, the hottest moms tend to be those who work outside the home to some extent. They’re subjected to much higher standards for their appearance by their peers than moms who stay home, who often let themselves go without accountability

My kids are in public schools (charter), and both schools offer accelerated, fast paced classes for high performing students. (And the reverse) One of the schools even separates the AIG students in one elementary class. There are a lot of options out there
