@thinktankfranks I'm a truck driver. I was just outside the quarantine zone about a month or so ago, parked at a rest area on I-40 EB. I ran into a crew of linemen that were leaving the disaster area and heading home for a day or two before heading to Tampa to get ready for that next hurricane. .
