Met with a client yesterday in South Orange County and brought some comps of his condo. In October his condo would have listed for 665,000, now listing it in January I’m going to come to market somewhere around 700,000. have a sale in December and January to justify 700ish

I thought this was a good idea, till I was 10k feet in the air; riding in a plane that had less safety measures than a car built in 2005.
I realize flying is safer but something about being way up there then realizing “this metal body is pretty rickety” is super scary.

I have replaced about 10 garage doors over the last few years…every single time, all I can seem to contact is a broker for an installer, I have yet to be able to reach an installer direct. The only other trade I’ve encountered this in is cleaning. Anyone else?

100%… I’m not sure if you even have to go through an eviction process if you can prove the house is for your own end use 👀 there may be an easier process, like call the cops to remove these squatters from your new home.

We don’t let things like that happen at my shop. That’s 100% on escrow they should have caught that on the docs before submitting originals to title. I’m sorry, should be a quick fix though.

Honestly not bad. I’d rather this than overdone with “hype” materials. Clean, simple, trendy but not too trendy.
Looks to be quality work, the hope is they maximized improvements to mechanicals. New HVAC, repipe, tankless, whole home water filter, roof replace/repair, etc.
