Actually you are wrong.
Look up the Chicago Seaplane. I’d love to remove corrupt career politicians over the whole government. Massive difference.
I'm back you bitches. Needed a small break. Cleared out all the history.
Greetings from Mackinac Island, the Nantucket of the Great Lakes. Here for anniversary and to do some research at the airport, to verify if we can in fact land the Western World's last large turboprops
Pretty wild that someone would write a thread on plane crashes and:
A) sneak in promotion of their courses, newsletter and offering
B) Drive the engagement to the tits
C) Not include the actual worst crashes.
Great job on having ChatGPT give you some X revenue on the back of
The tea leaves right now:
1. A very small fraction of you are heading for jail, litigation or SEC banishment
2. A larger fraction of you are going to quietly exit your current industry, end up in new industries pitching bullshit
3. The majority of of you, including myself, are
let's be really clear. if you had this high alpha strategy to generate extraordinary returns from "ordinary businesses", you would not be writing a book
thanks for attending my seminar/subscribing to my newsletter
Let's break this engagement bait down and offer some lessons to real life from an actual operator, not some influencer:
1. You can buy outside of industries you know, but it's extremely risky without a good operator you pay good equity to (not 5-10% WTF). I will always stick to
1 year ago, I bought an Accounting Firm in KY.
I'm not a CPA.
I used $0 of my own money.
But it still makes me $45,295/year.
This is what I call a "bang for your buck" business.
If you live in the U.S. here's how you can buy one too:

The state/local DOTs have never really built or maintained anything except for roads and sidewalks, so i am extremely confused about what they gave up other than that?

As one of the former public sector consultants, it’s not money laundering, it’s more a ploy to bill as much as you can. Our firm billed insane things and while we provided value and increased revenue to that department, it made me sick inside that they wrote checks for the most
Every American should have access to a golf course. It is every Americans right o play more golf. Build more courses and place development around it. Build and tell the bureaucrats to suck it
I hate Southwest Airlines for one reason. One reason in particular.
They acquired and killed a great airline. And are now suffering from the fact they operate airplanes too big to replicate its markets, and instead send their overcapacity to the shittiest of shitty markets.
@arnill_dev
I hope you do the right thing and take the revenue from this and give it to the 9/11 foundation or something similar, but I bet you won't because you are a grifting unethical fuck
@carbonzen_org
Exactly, to a degree it's doable but not without consideration of personal risk and that's what my retort is about. And I agree, he is a course creator, not an operator, investor or acquirer.
@shawngorham
It’s a conversation with them about preferences. Then a deal.
I know deep down inside for safety reasons I need to stick with Sedans. I drive like an asshole and race.
Parents offered me $1k to my first car. I was deep into Japanese V6s, so i got a 1997 Maxima SE for $1600
@for_yield
We need more tail engined planes. Makes it quiet, and also gives a sense of coolness.
I try to get on one when I can, or a CRJ-550/700/900.
I still think a tail driven turboprop would be cool as fuck. Shame Embraer killed their design.

It’s not just the consultants too, it’s just a general lack of knowledge/questioning in the public of prices,timeline, incentives to cut cost and timeline. Also some governments are in a scarcity mindset of zero based budgeting, either through law or policy
It’s actually insane that you can’t get a basic pool built in Austin now for under $100k.
All of the reputable builders won’t even talk to you if your budget is less than that and most people I know are spending upwards of $200k
