You have to be in position to express nobility, selflessness and generosity. Those ideas being forced upon us, by a collective of any sort, by definition discounts.

@BuilderMonk A good broker can value it correctly. They allow you to have arms length negotiations. If you aren’t good at negotiating then this is a big help. They can navigate possible closing issues and keep deals alive. They can market the place more effectively with broker showings.

@buccocapital The implication here is that anyone who didn't buy pre 2020 is doomed forever. Many of those pre-2020 buyers went through the 2007-8 financial crisis. -lost jobs.-lost homes.-we unable to get mortgages because of over correction of rules imposed by govt. -etc. These things.

@THR TWOT is my favorite series. Season one was both good and cw bad in parts. Season two was really good throughout with a couple of really exceptional episodes. If I had a complaint it would be too few episodes l per season. I was happy with the longer longer episodes of season.

@boydmyers Visiting family this week and played 4 days with my brothers. My first time. Fun game. The cool part was watching families play. Saw one family that had a 10 yr old, a teenager a mother and grandmother playing. Not too many sports where this can take place and all can compete.

@TechFinLife @profstonge I’d be curious what the average wages of a McD line worker was in 1996 vs 2023? . I’ve not looked it up but I’m guessing. 1996 was around 4.50/hr and today 15/hr?. This is why I always say it doesn’t matter what the min wage is. No ones life changes when it is raised. Everything.
