@mpickle Another great advice: set a daily deadline for yourself. Sometimes we just be thinking like we have all day to finish something and there's just not a timelimit to stop procrastinating. With a deadline you know that even if you're procrastinating, you can only do it for so long

@leadtoserve__ definetly the thought you're not ready, you're not ready, need more study you're not ready, need more practice you're not ready need more reading no one is never fully ready to do anything, and the best way to improve is doing it, so go for it

@thejustinwelsh specificity is always the way to go. Being very specific about your goal makes the reader automatically make a decision. it either is the perfect thing for him or it's not what he's looking for. It's one of the best practices to get more qualified clicks and greater conversion

@mpickle @WrongsToWrite 8) know exactly how you're going to do your tasks. Nothing worst than start something and just don't get any progress and get lost in the process. Have each step planned before starting a task and you'll be 10x more productive

@mpickle A friend of mine used to say his only task on his to do list was go to the library. In there, he knew he'd be able to do everything else. Have your own library, a place that compels you to do your things, either because of the enviroment, or the people in it.

@KateBour @LouisSlices vague answers. But of course it usually comes down to asking the right questions and already having in mind what's the purpose with each one of them! and sure, don't be an interviewing robot, keep the conversartion close and personal it generates much more honest answers.

@AlexHormozi having a sales script is indeed a must, it lets you 1) standardize your sales process based on it's complexity and journey of the consumer 2) study and analyze data to see which steps and mechanisms work and which to improve 3) align the sales team with the company's goals

@itsandrewviera @WrongsToWrite breaking tasks into smaller steps is the way to go for me. it helps you • get the feeling of progress, who doesn't love to mark a check box as done • do simpler tasks, so you don't procrastinate cause they seem and are easy to do

@NitiSarran I'd say, if you provide insane value to your audience, most of the time, the desire to buy from you even comes from them. they will ask you for an extra, personal help, more curated knowledge, and it's the perfect opportunity to come up with a product

Just got a great framework for the SaaS business model. Start fullfiling a need or solving a problem with a service, and follow it with a software when you see the possibility of scale. It's software as a service after all

@heyeaslo to sell $1000 you have to sell $1, start small. Focus on solving 1 person's problem, then go for 10, 100, 1000 and so on, the money is consequence.

@TheAverageJose Dude the hole prospect and audience research is great, but what stands out the most is product research. If you deeply research your competition and the products in your market you can literally build a better one improving on each of their features or 👇

@Codie_Sanchez local is the closes contact with the client, the buyer. I think local business are the greates for creating relationship and fidelity with customers. Perhaps the non scalable part of local business is what differentiates them, in an age that scaling is all companies want
