Went on a first date in 2002 to a baseball game. There was a rain delay. We spent two hours together in a bar & grille under the right field bleachers, then spent three hours together watching her favorite team win. Was a great day. We’re still together 19 years later. But go off

Mattress Mack does so much for the city of Houston. He’s not just an old fart fan. When wannabes Cruz and Osteen were running for cover during Harvey (or any other crisis, FTM), Mack was giving away furniture and providing water and shelter. He’s what every city wants in a human.

I believed if the Astros averaged 4 runs per game, they’d win the World Series. The Astros didn’t do that..they only averaged 3.66666666667 runs per game. That’s all the pitchers needed. Think about that…unreal.

Also…I almost never “@“ collegiate or HS athletes. But Mr. Boe earned that tonight. Gritty, gutsy performance. East’s defense hit him hard. Multiple times. He kept getting up and willed his team to within 3 yards of a win. I’m rooting for you!
