In the 1990s I was in the Anti Nazi League, we protested the BNP and Jean Marie Le Penn and helped push back the tide of the far right by showing them they weren't welcome in the communities they claimed to speak for.

There's no way Labour would be listening to concerns about Palestine if they hadn't been sent a message by voters voting or pro Palestinian voices and ditching MPs who sat on their hands while thousands died.
But there's much more they need to do, starting with ending arms sales.
Many across Leicester South will welcome this alongside other moves by UK government pushing for an immediate ceasefire and restoring UNRWA funding.
Remember these foreign policy shifts are happening because we have Labour in government not because of powerless independent MPs.

Yes, four left wing protesters went to prison for planning a peaceful protest while hundreds of right wing protesters who terrified innocent people and assaulted police are walking free.
