@NeilMackay What wonderful examples of English exceptionalism they are….. I was in town near Embankment last night for the theatre and it seemed the main British traditions on display were drinking excessively, fighting, shouting abuse and singing offensive songs. Lovely.

@WarwickshireCCC We lost by 9 wickets. That’s a kicking. Yates who’s been just about our best bowler was barely used, Miles is injured now and Surrey showed clearly just how far behind we are. Barnard, Yates, Burgess and Miles showed up but we need to be much better in Essex
