Tariffs are only sensible if they work for you. The USA blanket approach of tariffs will hurt in the import of some raw materials it needs for its own manufacturing sector. A bit silly and will need to be revised.

RIP Jean. You were a wonderfully optimistic woman, a great socialist and environmentalist and a constant source of encouragement. Your presence will be dearly missed. 💚
I am extremely sorry to say that my mam, Woolhatwoman/Jean, passed away on the 25th of January. She had come to terms and was quiet, peaceful and comfortable, surrounded by her family and cared for by excellent NHS staff (who had all become immediately fond of her).
