GPs and there are plenty out there but not enough jobs for them. Please rectify this urgently. Patients need good access to fully qualified doctors in primary care as the first point of call. Our GPs must be respected and rewarded for the challenging work they do on the frontline.

You know folks, if there are wild hedgehogs in your garden, or a garden in which you're working as a gardener, leave hedgehog nests alone. They're now at risk of extinction! Plus, if you use a strimmer check ground for hedgehogs & amphibians before strimming it.

@DrNeenaJha I learnt at a young age that we are not safe anywhere. I continue to be reminded of this both in my own life and through the experiences of others. Primarily it's men who are the perpetrators but women occasionally too with some men as victims. We have a deeply sexist society.

@Number10cat I don't have a photo of it but I cooked a chicken thigh for my cat Áine, and Yaffa Stray Cat. Áine was delighted when hers arrived, started eating but looked utterly appalled when a portion went in Yaffa's bowl. She stopped eating and rushed to the door ready to chase him away 🤣

Please, if you find a hedgehog out in daylight that's clearly poorly, pick it up, put it in a highsided box & contact a wildlife or hedgehog rescue immediately - delay can cause horrible suffering & death for hogs. @hedgehogsociety can advise of nearest rescue/carer.

"Well they'll refer you back if they can't presribe it." All the symptoms are shingles in a shingles area except for the rash which is also why I need a doctor's input. I've had it before. Grrr. .

Life in Gaza is harsh now. Constant bombing and fear of death, limited food and water, increasing heat, raw sewage, foetid smells, disease spreading rapidly as insects flourish. Mohammed has been feeding stray cats through this: please help him evacuate.
1/3 Friends, I am relieved now! I am regaining health/fighting malnutrition. My appetite decreased since my stomach shrunk. My body pulled calcium/minerals from my bones/muscles. It's like car, where lights don't work. Oil indicator says add oil, otherwise motor will be damaged.
