What I found out is that some people's satiety cues are much more sensitive than others, meaning that they have the feeling of fullness and satiety quicker and with less food than someone else.

This may also be the reason why some people are prone to overeating because their satiety cues hit much later, and because they're not "full" they tend to over eat. This part IS genetic, but you can train your brain to not go haywire when you don't eat enough to trigger the cues.
